Late Arrival / Early Release / CCP Off Campus Permission Form
1. Only juniors and seniors that have confirmed they have met or will be meeting all graduation requirements are eligible for early release.

2. Early release are privileges to students and can be revoked! These privileges WILL be revoked if a student is tardy to school 3 or more times.

3. Student schedules will not be changed to accommodate an early release/late arrival request.

4. Early release is by parental permission only. Parents are encouraged to consider their student's academic progress before agreeing to early release.

5. Students with early release must have reliable transportation everyday and may not loiter in the building or on school grounds.

6. If a student has early release while participating in extracurricular activities, they are responsible for making sure that they are meeting all necessary eligibility requirements. In regards to extracurricular activities and early release, the student must leave school grounds and return at the close of school for their extracurricular activity.
