  • Quizlet.com (Online flashcards and practice)

This is a link to my Quizlet collection of flashcards.  All flashcard sets are titled with a topic or theme.  Browse through this collection to study new vocabulary or to brush up on old vocabulary.  This website is a very valuable tool because there are many different settings for English and Spanish practice and self-testing,  You can review online flashcards, as well as listen to audio recordings of the words and phrases, practice spelling, and play games.  There is also a testing feature so that you can truly see what you remember.

  • Spanish Alphabet Song

Spanish 1 students will be able to say the alphabet in Spanish.  They listened and sang along with this song on Youtube once a day for the first five days of class to practice and prepare for their verbal alphabet quizzes.  Students who participated in class and practiced with this link at home were very successful on their speaking quizzes.

This is a pretty good website where you can practice any of the objectives covered in Spanish levels 1-4.  Even though this is a website that members pay for, there is still a lot of free content where you can practice the basics.  Just search through the difference topics and see what you are able to find and practice.
